A lot of people want to change their state of existence to be more well but up until now there isn't a system that outlines, encourages and provides accountability for this path. This 28-day challenge aims to get you in the Wellness Mindset by encouraging daily Wellness Behaviors designed by Glenn McCracken, LPC, CPT, SFG1. As a counselor, personal trainer and life coach, Glenn has witnessed what works with hundreds of people. These are the daily habits that must exist to train yourself to be well. In addition, your leader of this challenge will drop in daily tasks randomly to help you be in the habit of spicing up your life with fulfillment.
