Circuit Fusion is SparkFit's signature class, and one of our strongest offerings. This bootcamp-style workout will challenge and strengthen your entire body, improve your cardiovascular function, and support your weight loss goals. Circuit Fusion employs a variety of equipment and movement methods, including kettlebells, suspension training, barbells, dumbbells, maces, and bodyweight.
PilatesFusion uses a blend of tabata training, contemporary pilates, and cardio to challenge your core, endurance, and balance. Strength training tools like kettlebells, pilates rings, resistance bands, and stability balls will be used throughout class to sculpt your entire body and strengthen your core. Modifications are offered for each movement, so don't be afraid to dip your toes in with this one!
All Levels Yoga
All Levels Yoga is a vinyasa-style class, and the perfect complement for your strength training. Practitioners of all levels will be challenged to focus on their breath, state of mind, and physical body through movement and stillness in postures. Modification is encouraged for beginner-level students, and opportunity is provided for advanced practitioners to challenge their practice.
Aging Gracefully is a class designed with the specific needs of women 55 and over. You will use your own body weight, pilates reformers, resistance bands and light kettle bells, to improve your mobility and flexibility, agility, and balance while toning and strengthening your entire body to improve your overall movement quality. Come feel better, move better and be in community!
Restorative Yoga is the perfect way to end a weekend and start a busy week! You will be guided through 90 minutes of gentle movement, self-massage, and breath work that will target your tight muscles and activate your relaxation responses. This class is suitable for all movers and is our gentlest offering.
