This intense, bootcamp-style class is designed to strengthen your entire body, improve your cardiovascular function and support your weight loss goals. You will use a combination of equipment and bodyweight movements during this fast-paced class.
If you are new to working out, or looking to brush up on your technique, Foundation Fusion is the perfect place for you. This class follows the same programming as Circuit Fusion, with a focus on breaking down the most advanced exercises. Everyone will benefit from this opportunity to refine their movement while challenging the entire body with kettlebells, suspension training, barbells, dumbbells, maces, and bodyweight.

At Sparkfit, we believe yoga is an important part of a well-balanced movement diet. We offer two yoga classes a week to help you recenter: restorative and all-levels.
All Levels: This vinyasa flow class will challenge you to lengthen, strengthen, and observe your mind and breath as you move. The class is modified for both beginners and advanced practitioners, so you can flow in the way that respects your body (no need to “be flexible”).
Restorative: This 90 minute class is like a nap for your body and mind. You will experience elements of yin yoga, restorative yoga, and soft-tissue release.
