We offer 35 group classes a week, ranging from yoga to high intensity interval training. Our membership packages offer flexible pricing that allows you to choose how often you come and what you pay for. No matter what style of class you walk into, you’ll always be in a small group setting that allows you to get one-on-one attention from our experienced trainers and instructors. What To Expect in class

  • Your first class is free - so come show us what you've got!

  • Please arrive to your first class 10 minutes early so you can sign in and meet your instructor.

  • We limit class size to ensure that everyone receives quality instruction.

  • You don't have to workout barefoot, but you'll notice that most of us do. We believe this is one of the best ways to move, and have designed our space to be barefoot friendly.

  • Changing rooms and showers are available.
