New Circuit Fusion Workout: Kecia's class!

Hey Everyone, thanks for checking out our blog! As most of you know, we are really proud to offer our thoughtful, skillful and creative programming! This class is our signature class that we are working on in our pursuit of building a mindful movement revolution in the fitness industry. Below is the program for the next 3-6weeks on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:15-6pm and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12-12:45pm taught by Kecia McCracken.

Warm-up: 3 Rounds

Clubbell Pullover - 10RL; BKHBH or BKHBR (24-60s/r); Jumping Jack (45r) or Jump Rope (75r)

Workout:

1.) Ground Row - 3-5R; Ball Slams - 10R; Side Prone Leg Lifts - 25RL

2.) Band Front Squat - 20R; Side Arch - 15-30s

3.) Battle Lunge - 10RL; Marching Plank 10RL

Compensation: Done for 5-10mins
