This is an eight week series that begins on Sunday MARCH 11-APRIL 29th from 2-3pm. It is designed for moms who are ready to create a routine and who also need access to quality instruction and programming, as well as, community, support and accountability. You can both bring your babies AND get an effective and safe workout!
There will be a maximum of 6 mom and babies and every pair will have their own designated work space. Moms will have access to all of the equipment in our facility that is necessary for the workouts. The series will include mobility that opens shoulder, chest and hips while also focusing on progressive core strengthening, pelvic floor rebuilding, and strengthening and toning the entire body. Classes will be one hour in length with generous amounts of time to warm up, work hard and cool down with compensatory yoga postures. There is total freedom to stop and care for your baby, as needed.
In addition to showing up once a week, you have the option to perform the exercise program at home during the week before we meet again. If so you can purchase an additional start up package that includes the necessary equipment; resistance bands, a mat, kettle bell and stability ball. You will also have access to videos of each exercise.
