Movement and muscle camp is a five week series created for young men grades 8th-12th. It meets Mondays-Thursdays 10:15-11:15am from June 18th to July 19th. The purpose is to set physical goals, develop healthy habits, learn new movements and weight lifting skills weekly, refine these skills through regular practice, be in a supportive community of peers and mentors that will provide connection and accountability. The programming is created by Glenn McCracken, licensed counselor, mentor and personal trainer and will be co-led by Sparkfit trainer, Brad Hamilton.
