This workshop is designed to teach participants beginning level punches on a heavy bag. You will learn punching combos, proper fight stance, you will work on your balance in movement, adding in a basic left/right combination and advancing into a 1,2,3,4 combo. Please bring your own gloves or hand protection. 

The price is$30/person or $50/person.
