To achieve your fitness, performance, and/or overall wellness goals, exercise is only one piece of the puzzle - nutrition is an equally major piece. If you feel overwhelmed by all of the nutrition information out there and haven't yet had your own transformation, then this series is for you!
Session 1: The Nutrition Hierarchy
- Food: Quality, Content, and Supplements
- Evidence-based Nutrition Principles
- What is a balanced meal?
- Trends and Fad-diets: What You Need to Know
These sessions will be taught by Fitness and Nutrition Coach, Nicole McBride and they will take place on the second Tuesday of each month from October-December (Oct. 9, Nov. 13, Dec. 11) from 6:30-8:00 pm in the office suite above Community Bakery on Main Street.
The first 5 participants to reserve their seats for the full series will receive the three-session set for $35. After that, the full-series price will be $40. Each session will cover a different aspect of, or approach to, nutrition and is meant to be consumed as a full series. However, the drop-in rate for a single session is $15.
