To achieve your fitness, performance, and/or overall wellness goals, exercise is only one piece of the puzzle - nutrition is an equally major piece. If you feel overwhelmed by all of the nutrition information out there and haven't yet had your own transformation, then this series is for you!
Session 2: A No-Numbers Approach to Nutrition

- Using Portion Sizes
- Mindful Eating Practice
- A Handfull Diet
These sessions will be taught by Fitness and Nutrition Coach, Nicole McBride and they will take place on the second Tuesday of each month from October-December (Oct. 9, Nov. 13, Dec. 11) from 6:30-8:00 pm in the SparkFit Movement Studio.
Each session will cover a different aspect of, or approach to, nutrition and is meant to be consumed as a full series. The remaining Two-session Package price is $27 and the drop-in rate for a single session is $15.
