MINDFUL BODIES // MINDFUL TEENS is a 5-class series designed to empower and educate teen girls on how to care for their bodies and minds. It’s more important than ever for the next generation of female leaders to feel capable, confident, and healthy! We’ll cover the basics of exercise, nutrition, and mindfulness, all in a supportive and fun environment. These classes will be led by Claire Admire, one of our yoga and pilates instructors who also runs an elementary school garden.

RESERVATIONS: Class series is $99 for all 5, or a $20 drop-in rate.
