Release + Recover: Myofascial & Soft Tissue Workshop

Active recovery is key to maintaining a strong workout routine and reducing your risk of injury, but it’s often overlooked. This workshop will teach you blended approaches to making recovery a daily part of your fitness, and show you how to safely use a variety of self-massage tools and dynamic stretching to improve your performance. Physical therapist Nick Hargett and yoga teacher Claire Admire will cover the basics of fascial work, including mobility, rolling, and dynamic stretching. There will be plenty of opportunity to address your specific problem areas and ask questions. Each participant will go home with a lacrosse ball (and know how to use it!)
