This barbell workshop will provide students with the proper techniques and skills to perform two of the most foundational strength lifts known to man - the bench press and overhead press! Students will leave with applicable take home drills and skills to improve their technique in these major strength movements. When it comes to building upper body strength, these full body movements should not be overlooked!
