What is Mindfulness? How do you use Mindfulness-based practices in your life to obtain a greater sense of well-being? You will leave this workshop with a foundation to create a mindfulness practice that works for you and your life. This will be an introduction to formal and informal practices that train your attention to return to the present moment in movement, stillness and daily activities.
