Fall Into Fitness is a month-long accountability group for people dedicated to getting back into a healthy routine! Created by Life Coach and Licensed Professional Counselor, Glenn McCracken, this supportive environment is designed to launch you into healthy, sustainable habits no matter what your current fitness level is. Rather than focusing on exercise or diet alone, you will examine and create goals on multiple areas of wellness (such as sleep, hydration, and stress).
In this program, weekly small-group meetings, Led by SparkFit Trainer Taylor McLain, will take place on Sunday from 3:00-4:00pm, and will run from September 15th to October 6th. In these meetings, Taylor will help you create a customized habit plan to track on your SparkFit app and answer your questions about exercise and diet. You will also receive unlimited access to our Foundation Fusion classes, a year membership to the SparkFit training app to track your workouts, meals, and habits, and a free SparkFit Foundation Workshop ticket.
