Whether you’re totally new to SparkFit or you just want to brush up on your knowledge of the movements, the SparkFit Foundations classes will be a great resource. These classes are offered once a month, and open to the public - we high encourage our new members to attend at least one. It is our hope that every Sparky has the time to drop in on at least one Foundations class a year to brush up on the biomechanics, spinal alignment, and breathe required for push, pull, squat, hinge, and rotational movement patterns.
This class is included for all SparkFit members (and you are encouraged to bring a friend for free!) and non-members can drop in for $15.
