Barbell Workshop III: Deadlift

Commonly referred to as the The King of Mass Builders, the deadlift is a must have skill of any lifter, novice or seasoned! Two variations of the barbell lift will be covered: sumo and conventional style. Students will leave with foundational knowledge and applicable take home drills to improve their skill and strength.
