Mindfulness Workshop: Part II

In this workshop, we will build on the foundation we established in part 1 by expanding the meditation, breathing and moving practices learned. This will include internal self observation by recognizing habitual thought patterns and emotional responses to these thoughts. Self observation as a mindfulness practice is grounded in non-judgement and loving kindness.
